Manager, Federal Program Delivery

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and execute complex, cross-functional projects or programs from initiation through closure while leading engagement teams Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks) and how to scale them to project size Ability to identify, analyze, and segment stakeholder groups, establishing tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in at all levels Competency in designing and evaluating training assessments, tracking completion rates, and measuring post-training proficiency Ability to analyze resource skill gaps relative to new capabilities, process and translate those gaps into structured training and capability development Lead development, maintenance, and analysis of schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) in include project activities, durations, relationships, milestones, risks, resources use, and project budgets to allow Critical Path Management (CPM) analysis Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience with project, program / portfolio management, specifically with large-scale transformation programs, involving business process, organization, and technology components Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college/university PMP, Business Analysts or ScrumMaster Certification preferred Experience in business and solution development, project/program management, and project delivery Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, including reports, schedule management, risk management, quality control, and project financials Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr KPMG LLP
