Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and emotional states, using standardized tools and personalized interviews.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy meetings, maintaining a focus on client-centered approaches that promote healing and growth.
• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as deemed necessary based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients in distress, applying de-escalation techniques and offering referrals to emergency resources when required.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment strategies, conforming to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set by licensing boards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers—to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with advancements in mental health treatment, attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant conferences.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and refine therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, along with robust diagnostic skills to identify mental health conditions accurately.

Compensation and Benefits
