Senior Corporate Recruiter

NVR is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help us find hard-to-reach talent for complex, niche roles across our corporate teams. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and Corporate HR to build strong pipelines, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver talent that supports the continued growth of Ryan Homes and our family of brands.What you’ll do:Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, specialized, and high-impact roles across multiple business functionsBuild strong, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing channelsPartner closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on talent market conditions, and shape effective go-to-market strategiesConduct thoughtful candidate assessments and present clear, well-supported recommendations to hiring teamsManage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and a strong candidate experienceMaintain accurate and timely candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment processGuide candidates through offer, background, and onboarding steps to ensure a smooth transition before their first daySkills and experience that will drive your success:5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing passive talent for complex or hard-to-fill rolesExperience managing a varied requisition load across multiple functions, skill sets, and levels of specializationStrong sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, talent mapping, market research, networking, and outreach strategyExperience creating personalized outreach strategies and employer branding content that drives candidate engagement across digital and social channels.Ability to influence and consult with hiring leaders using market insight, candidate data, and sound recruiting judgmentExcellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to prioritize, project manage, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentAgency recruiting or corporate recruiting experience supporting specialized professional roles preferredBachelor’s degree requiredAbout Us & Life at NVRAs the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is a Top 5 U.S. homebuilder and Fortune 500 company that has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
