To support a structured hiring process in a collaborative team setting, the contract Talent Sourcer will source candidates for highly technical roles within regulated environments, engaging with hiring managers and candidates remotely. Key responsibilities Sourcing candidates specifically for technical roles in government, defense, healthcare, or financial services Engaging with hiring managers and candidates through video calls to facilitate clear communication Maintaining organization and documentation within ATS systems to ensure audit readiness Required qualifications 3+ years of sourcing experience in corporate or agency settings Experience recruiting in regulated environments such as government or healthcare Familiarity with GovCon recruiting and structured hiring processes Working knowledge of OFCCP and compliance-minded recruiting practices Comfortable participating in video calls for screens and interviews
