Quality Control and Food Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities: Oversee the Quality Assurance function across the company. Administer all product testing programs for incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products. Manage consumer complaints efficiently. Ensure compliance with all SQF level 3 certification requirements as part of the SQF program. Conduct training for employees on PCQI, HACCP, GMP, and other Quality Assurance programs. Provide guidance to manufacturing employees on quality control processes, standards, and best practices. Report any issues with programming, processing, or equipment to the relevant departments and Operations Manager. Meet production, quality, and quantity standards consistently. Implement company safety policies and conduct employee training. Manage customer and third‑party audits effectively. Maintain all product specifications and create new specifications as necessary. Lead the organization in embracing quality programs positively. Manage Kosher and Organic Certification programs. Qualifications and Skills Required: Must have relevant experience in Food Safety Quality Control. Able to train employees in current quality control protocols. Strong organizational skills are essential. Compliance with health and safety regulations is mandatory. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Certification in FDA FSMA standards and comprehensive knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. A minimum of two years of related experience in Food Safety Quality Control.
