Launch Readiness Consultant – Contract

Contract: 3 months initially, with a strong possibility of extension or conversion

Experience: Approximately 7–12 years

We are seeking a Launch Readiness Consultant to support a major upcoming product launch within a newly formed launch organization. This role will serve as a key partner to the Asset Manager, helping coordinate cross-functional launch activities and build launch readiness capabilities across the organization.

\n

The primary focus will be supporting the launch of an upcoming obesity/MASH asset, with a strong emphasis on consumer experience and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy .

\n

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Support launch planning and execution across Marketing, Medical, Value & Access, Consumer Experience, and other cross-functional teams
\n
• Partner closely with the Asset Manager to track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and key decisions
\n
• Coordinate meetings, action items, status updates, presentations, and launch readiness materials
\n
• Surface risks and blockers and ensure follow-up with internal teams and external partners
\n
• Maintain project trackers and timelines using Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
\n
• Support consumer experience planning and the capabilities needed to enable the consumer journey, including omnichannel and technology considerations
\n
• Help develop and implement launch readiness methodologies, processes, and capabilities
\n
• Support mock launches, facilitation, onboarding, and other launch-readiness activities
\n
• Communicate progress and key issues to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 7–12 years of relevant professional experience
\n
• Prior experience supporting product launches , preferably commercial launches
\n
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
\n
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
\n
• Experience managing complex timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
\n
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
\n
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical launch processes or a related regulated industry
\n

Preferred Experience

\n

\n
• Experience with GLP-1, obesity, or MASH markets
\n
• Consumer experience, consumer brand, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) experience
\n
• Experience with consumer experience design or omnichannel strategy
\n
• Understanding of the capabilities required to support consumer experiences, including technology and infrastructure
\n
• Experience with launch excellence, launch methodology, capability development, or mock launches
\n
• Consulting experience or a background in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
\n
• Vendor management or commercial operations experience
\n

Education

\n

Bachelor's degree preferred in business, life sciences, marketing, project management, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.

This is an initial 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension
