CANDID is a Salesforce-native mortgage sales and marketing platform that brings CRM, POS, SMS, telephony, borrower and Realtor engagement, marketing, client retention and AI-powered workflows and Agent Studio together. We help mortgage lenders simplify their technology and give their teams practical tools for everyday work.

The role

We’re hiring a Head of Product to help lenders evaluate CANDID, connect the platform to their business needs, and support adoption across their teams. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role spanning sales, implementation, customer enablement, and product communication.

You’ll lead discovery, deliver practical product demonstrations, help plan rollouts, and create training that makes new workflows easier to use. You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and engineering.

What you will own

• Lead lender discovery. Understand current CRM and sales technology, loan officer workflows, operational priorities, and the business reasons for considering a change.

• Guide product evaluations. Translate requirements into relevant demonstrations. Explain capabilities and gaps, address questions, and help lenders assess fit, implementation effort, and potential savings.

• Support decisions across the organization. Connect product capabilities to the needs of executives, technology leaders, marketing teams, administrators, and loan officers.

• Connect evaluation to implementation. Partner with technical and implementation teams on Salesforce requirements, LOS integrations, data migration questions, and rollout planning.

• Build adoption and enablement. Create training videos, workflow guides, and practical examples. Coach customer-facing teams and help lender administrators support their users.

• Keep the product story clear. Turn releases into useful demonstrations, training, and messaging. Work with marketing on positioning and launch communications, and bring recurring customer needs to the product team.

What you bring

• Direct experience evaluating and selecting a CRM or sales technology platform for a mortgage lender, with involvement in implementation or user adoption.

• A background in mortgage CRM, sales technology, digital mortgage, marketing technology, or sales enablement, with direct involvement in vendor evaluations and recommendations.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, CRM and LOS workflows, marketing automation, and borrower and Realtor engagement.

• The ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and explain technology choices to both executives and frontline teams.

• Strong product demonstration, training, and communication skills, with the ability to produce materials yourself.

• Comfort using AI tools to research, draft, build, and improve work, along with the judgment to review the results.

What success looks like

Lenders understand where CANDID fits and what implementation involves. Sales and implementation teams share clear requirements. Training helps loan officers use the platform, and customer feedback informs practical product improvements.
