Responsibilities

• Document care events in the electronic health record and ensure infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and participate in a 13-week travel assignment.
• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with electronic health records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
