Operations CoordinatorThis role is a blend of administrative support and hands-on operational tasks, designed to support our teams in Reconditioning and Inventory Quality Readiness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and people champion who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable performing duties in both office and outdoor settings throughout the year.As an Operations Coordinator, you will perform various inventory and operations-related tasks at our Inspection Center.What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Own post employment of new hires consisting of I-9 verification, orientation, and first day email.Facilitate new hire orientation & maintain site rosters and schedulesPrepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or eventsHandle, coordinate and oversee onsite engagement events via email, business updates, and announcements.Collaborate with leadership teams, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partnersAssist onsite vendors with directions/access while on site.Manage, coordinate and provide oversight for employee engagement events.Other duties as assigned.You will be required to perform your job duties during various weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, cold, etc. You'll need to be a great communicator, a brand ambassador, and possess the know-how to get the job done.
