Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you’ll handle a broad range of HR responsibilities, from ensuring accurate payroll and benefit programs to engaging with employees and supporting new talent onboarding. What You’ll Gain Exposure to all facets of HR , including payroll, benefits, and talent management A supportive, employee‑owned environment focused on teamwork and development Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and ongoing professional training This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities: Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees Maintain payroll records, manage quarterly/annual tax filings, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws Administer and reconcile employee benefits programs and billing Lead benefits enrollment and manage leave programs, including FMLA Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries, providing excellent support Support full‑cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers Partner with managers on staffing strategies and employer branding initiatives Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation programs Maintain HRIS accuracy and employee records Assist with programs that enhance retention, engagement, and organizational culture Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of three years’ HR experience as a coordinator, generalist or in a similar capacity Hands‑on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration strongly preferred Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service approach Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially and professionally Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR preferred Benefits Employee stock ownership plan Performance bonuses Extra hours bonuses Remote/flexible hours Generous personal time off and holiday programs Health, dental, vision, life, dependent life, and disability insurance 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with employer match Flexible spending accounts Prepaid legal services Employee Assistance Program #J-18808-Ljbffr
