Databricks Lead Engineer

The Databricks Lead Engineer will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced data solutions on the Databricks platform. They will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable data pipelines, perform sophisticated data analysis, and drive best practices in data management and engineering. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of data solutions on Azure Databricks.
• Managing and mentoring a team of data engineers.
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless integration of data workflows.
• Ensuring data quality and reliability through the implementation of robust testing and validation processes.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our data strategy.
• Hands-on experience in designing implementing ETL solutions in Azure platform

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience with Databricks and large-scale data processing.
• Strong expertise in data engineering, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
