Onsite Support Technician

Onsite Support TechnicianWe are seeking an Onsite Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users and IT equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with laptop deployment, OS installations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Perform Windows OS installation, configuration, and upgrades.Execute laptop refresh and device replacement activities.Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.Support end users by diagnosing and resolving technical problems promptly.Assist with user account setup, software installations, and system configurations.Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions.Coordinate with IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive user relationships.Work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced support environment.Required Skills:Experience with OS installation and imaging.Laptop refresh and deployment experience.Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.End-user support and customer handling skills.Strong communication skills.Hardware and software troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Client Office.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in an enterprise IT support environment.Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.Basic understanding of networking concepts and Active Directory.
