Medical Aesthetician / Laser SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Aesthetician / Laser Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering exceptional treatment outcomes.Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)ResponsibilitiesPerform laser and advanced aesthetic treatments, including Laser Hair Removal, IPL/BBL, Micro needling, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Skin Tightening.Conduct consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.Maintain accurate treatment records and medical documentation.Educate clients on treatment options and post-care instructions.Promote and sell treatment packages and skincare products.Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained and compliant with safety standards.Assist with inventory management and day-to-day spa operations.Follow up with clients to support satisfaction and retention.QualificationsActive Esthetician License required.3+ years of experience performing laser treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures.2+ years of experience providing facials and skincare treatments.Strong communication, consultation, and client service skills.Ability to recommend treatment plans and promote retail products and treatment packages.Certified Aesthetic Laser Operator preferred.Certified Advanced Aesthetician preferred.Experience with Sciton laser technology highly preferred.Previous sales experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or aesthetic practice preferred.Cosmetology License preferred.BenefitsCompetitive compensationCommission and bonus opportunitiesHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffEmployee DiscountsReferral ProgramFlexible SchedulingWe are looking for a professional, results-driven individual who is passionate about aesthetics and committed to providing outstanding patient experiences.
