Work Environment\n

This position is operated in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring that you are supported by an integrated outpatient team. While the majority of your sessions will be conducted virtually, you will still maintain close relationships with your interdisciplinary colleagues. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a possibility of evening hours on a rotating basis to accommodate client schedules.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress according to ethical and legal standards to support seamless care coordination.

  Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training to enhance professional knowledge and expertise in treating co-occurring disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These clients often face unique challenges, requiring you to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet their specific needs. Your role is critical in facilitating their recovery through innovative strategies tailored for this dual-diagnosis population.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• \n

  Proficient in evidence-based interventions for co-occurring disorders such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

  Strong understanding of the intersection between mental health and substance use disorders.

\n
• \n

  Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

  A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, specifically addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use issues.

  Experience with telehealth platforms for delivering virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
