Schedule appointments using a complex scheduling system. Collect and verify registration information. Demonstrate telephone etiquette, keyboarding, ten‑key, and computer program proficiency. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality. Communicate in a positive, courteous, and caring manner to all visitors. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalency. Minimum one year of experience in medical office reception, billing, or scheduling. Minimum one year of experience answering a multi‑line phone system.
