You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue02:00 PM - 10:00 PMWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery areas in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and maintain required logs and documentation. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including the business perimeter, to identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Support a professional, welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining awareness of evolving site conditions. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
