As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. Day Time Mon 05:15 AM - 01:15 PM Sun 05:15 AM - 01:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused campus by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
