Medical Office Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join a large regional health system in North Florida. This position supports the front office of a busy outpatient clinic by scheduling patients, scanning and maintaining medical records, confirming appointments, and answering patient questions. The Medical Office Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for the office, helping manage patient flow and ensure efficient daytoday operations in a highvolume environment while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

• 2+ years office health care experience
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
