Located near Sun Prairie but based in Madison, WI, American Family Insurance is looking for an individual interested in starting a career in sales through a customer service position . This role will provide a valuable transition into a full sales position.

This opportunity is perfect for the right candidate who is eager to develop their skills in selling, which is one of the most essential abilities for personal growth and success.

What We Are Seeking

We are looking for individuals who:

Have a history of job longevity
Possess experience in customer service or assisting clients/customers
Demonstrate strong motivation for this position

Base Salary: $40,000-50,000 annually

Total Expected Earnings: $55,000 – $85,000+ per year
Uncapped commission potential
Bonus opportunities available

License:

You will need to acquire your property and casualty insurance license after being hired. Although you will need to cover the initial cost, you will be reimbursed after 90 days upon successful completion of the license.
