Key Responsibilities Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution. Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and other litigation proceedings. Develop litigation strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Provide practical, strategic legal guidance to clients on employment-related matters. Collaborate with colleagues across the practice to deliver thoughtful, effective client service. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California. 4–5 years of employment litigation experience. Strong analytical, research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and a commitment to professional excellence. Experience in traditional labor law and employment advice and counseling is a plus. Annual base salary: $235,000–$245,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant professional skills. Billable hour expectation: 1,750 hours annually. Work arrangement: Remote, with candidates required to reside in California.
