What You Will Do

• Ensure safety, quality standards, policies, and procedures are followed in a manufacturing environment.

• Assist the primary packaging line operator with daily tasks, including labeling parts, performing changeovers, moving and lifting empty containers, completing rework, and performing all duties to meet the production plan.

• Complete routine changeovers and basic autonomous maintenance (AM) tasks.

• Maintain cleanliness and uphold 5S standards in the workspace.

Position Details

• Plant location: Swannanoa, North Carolina

• Shift: Friday - Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm, OT as needed

• Compensation: $17.50/hour + shift differential

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• 1+ years of experience in production

• No immigration sponsorship available for this role

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in plant or warehouse

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages, and decimals

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $12.93 - $19.40. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
