Physical Therapy Assistant – LTAC in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. This travel assignment starts 07/20/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,662 to $1,744 with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in a skilled nursing facility setting that provides LTAC rehab services. Assist with patient evaluation, treatment plan implementation, and progress documentation. Facilitate safe patient mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activity training. Monitor patient response to therapy, communicate changes to the supervising PT, and adjust activities as directed. Maintain clean, organized treatment areas, ensure equipment safety, and uphold infection control and safety guidelines. Coordinate with the multidisciplinary rehab team to support discharge planning and patient education. Requirements Eligible to work in the United States. Ability to work in a LTAC/Skilled Nursing setting. Availability for a 13-week assignment with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Day shift availability (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with the supervising PT and rehabilitation team.
