Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute finish carpentry plans.

Measure, cut, and install interior trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings.

Use hand tools and pneumatic tools with accuracy and safety.

Ensure precision and high-quality execution of joints, angles, and finishes.

Identify and solve challenges during installation to maintain workmanship standards.

Work collaboratively with framing and other trade teams to maintain project flow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of trim carpentry or related residential interior work (preferred but teachable).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and operating standard hand/power tools.
• Experience with ladders and working at heights.
• Personal hand tools (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday through Friday

Day shifts with potential for overtime
