Head of Acquisition

Physician's Choice is the maker of the best-selling 60 Billion Probiotic. We are scaling Meta hard, and we are hiring a Head of Acquisition to own it. This role has one non-negotiable: you are currently running Meta at a company spending at least $100k per day on the platform. Not "managed a big account once." Not "was at an agency that had big clients." You are in the account today, at that scale, making the calls. If that is not you, this is not your role. For the right person, this is the best acquisition seat in supplements: a category-leading brand, real budget, incredible external partners, a serious creative engine behind you, and full ownership of the channel. What You Will Own Meta performance Own Meta end to end: strategy, account structure, budget pacing, and daily performance against CAC, MER, and new customer targets Make the scaling calls: when to push, when to hold, and how to grow spend without efficiency falling apart Own testing methodology: creative testing frameworks, audience and placement strategy, bid and budget optimization Creative feedback loop Partner tightly with our creative team and agency partners to drive creative volume and hit rate Diagnose creative performance at the angle and hook level Know what converts in supplements: compliance-aware direct response that sells product Measurement Own attribution and incrementality view of Meta alongside our third-party measurement stack Reconcile platform-reported numbers against blended MER and actual new customer economics Report performance to VP of Marketing with a clear point of view, not a dashboard dump Beyond Meta Shape how Meta learnings extend to adjacent paid social channels as we scale Manage agency and media buying partners, holding them to in-house standards What an Ideal Candidate Looks Like Currently buying on Meta at $100k+ per day in spend. This is a hard requirement and will be verified 5+ years in paid social acquisition, with supplement experience Proven scaling story: you have taken an account from X to 3X+ spend while holding or improving efficiency, and you can walk through exactly how Fluent in creative-led scaling Landing page and offer testing experience (could be alongside a CRO team) Deep understanding of attribution beyond the ads manager (Northbeam, Triple Whale, incrementality testing, or equivalent) Compliance fluency in health and supplements: you know what you can say, what you cannot, and how to win anyway You have managed media buyers, agencies, creatives, and strategists Nice to Have Probiotic, gut health, or GLP-1-adjacent category experience Applovin, Snapchat, and YouTube performance experience ABOUT OUR COMPANY Physician’s Choice started with the simple idea that better health starts with the gut.
