Why you should apply Competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 Join a growing energy company with excellent long‑term stability Outstanding mentorship from experienced accounting leaders Broad exposure to corporate accounting and financial reporting Clear career path to Senior Accountant and beyond Collaborative team culture with strong tenure and supportive leaders Comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development What you’ll be doing as Staff Accountant Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities Perform account reconciliations and investigate account variations Support preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports Assist with accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations Partner with AP, AR, and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy Support annual audit requests and financial documentation Participate in process improvement initiatives and special accounting projects Help maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures What you bring as Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required One to three years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting Public accounting experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities #J-18808-Ljbffr CB Partners, LLC
