How You'll Make an Impact

• Maintain and update HSSE data in tracking systems for incidents, audits, and reports.

• Monitor and communicate training requirements using the HSSE training matrix.

• Track and issue certifications for authorized safety trainings.

• Support documentation efforts during internal and external audits.

• Assist with planning and executing HSSE-related events.

• Manage contractor qualification records and compliance.

• Maintain emergency and environmental records.

• Submit and manage purchase orders and related documentation.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related administrative or safety role preferred.

• Proficient in SharePoint, MS Word, Excel, and database systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
