What You’ll Do As an Account Manager , you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and building relationships with our customers. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include: Providing top‑notch customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Reviewing applications and identifying opportunities to renew customer agreements. Contacting customers with expired agreements and working to resolve issues to ensure prompt payments. Scheduling voluntary turn‑ins of merchandise and assisting with repossessions in the field alongside a shop technician. Conducting home visits and placing door hangers for customers who are not communicating. Meeting weekly goals and contributing to the overall success of the store. Using point‑of‑sale software to manage accounts and implement promotions. You’ll spend most of your time in the office (Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am–4:00 pm, with one weekday off and Sundays off). However, once a week, you’ll head into the field to connect with customers and ensure their accounts are on track. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to assist with repossessions and lift up to 100 lbs. when moving merchandise. Comfortable using computer point‑of‑sale software. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Ability to pass a background check and provide employment authorization documents. Must work every Monday and Saturday (excluding holidays).
