WTWH Media is expanding and looking for motivated B2B media sales professionals to drive growth through events, data insights, and digital platforms. We seek ambitious sellers with experience in online advertising, custom content, webinars, newsletters, and lead generation. You will identify prospects, craft solutions, and advance deals through the sales cycle while supporting company-wide growth initiatives. Our ideal candidates are interested in marketing strategies, eager to learn new industries and technical topics, and comfortable with relationship-driven sales. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary, commission, remote work flexibility, and travel (~20%) to industry events. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pipeline via outreach and networking Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions Collaborate internally on proposals and onboarding Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasting Meet new business targets and contribute sales insights Build client relationships, stay updated on market trends, and represent WTWH Media at events Ensure professionalism and compliance Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of delivery and distribution models, commercialization pathways, and multi‑tier networks Experience developing tailored solutions and positioning service‑based offerings Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Solid foundation in sales and marketing, including go‐to‑market planning and revenue acceleration strategies High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project planning tools Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills with disciplined follow‑through Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, digital‑first, remote environment High degree of emotional intelligence, professional maturity, and customer‑focused judgment Self‑motivated, high initiative, and driven to generate pipeline and deliver results Strategic curiosity paired with practical, hands‑on execution Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies, tools, and digital media industry best practices What We Offer WTWH Media offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while owning your work and results. Commission is uncapped, so high performers will exceed OTE.
