Key responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and owners Oversee contract administration, change management, and procurement Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and contract requirements Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders Mentor project engineers and support team development Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and contract administration Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Experience working in active or occupied facilities preferred Salary Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year Equal Opportunity Employer Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
