Overview: Principal Digital Marketing AnalystEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: South Bend, IN (On-site)The Principal Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role in shaping Tire Rack's digital strategy by leading data-driven decision-making, testing, and analytics across tirerack.com, affiliated corporate sites, and email marketing.This position is responsible for measuring and improving the online customer experience, establishing digital analytics best practices, and translating complex customer behavior into actionable business insights.The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence teams and executive leadership while mentoring and developing other analysts.Responsibilities:• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of A/B and multivariate testing to improve digital performance and the online customer experience• Analyze customer journeys, visitor behavior, traffic patterns, conversion funnels, and other digital performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement• Oversee analytics and reporting requirements for site enhancements, including implementation and post-launch performance analysis• Translate complex digital data, testing results, and customer insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and executive leadership• Serve as a primary authority on digital analytics data governance, including data quality, standardization, policies, and change control• Partner with IT, Marketing, UX, and other teams to ensure analytics insights and testing results translate into measurable improvements• Resolve complex data and reporting issues while providing recommendations based on customer behavior and performance trends• Identify and champion emerging digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices across the organization• Coach, train, and mentor analysts on testing methodology, analytics tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operationsQualifications:• Minimum of 8 years of directly related experience in digital analytics, testing, or marketing measurement, including 1-3 years in a lead capacity• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, digital analytics, A/B testing, and marketing measurement practices• Advanced experience analyzing data from internal databases and third-party digital marketing and analytics platforms• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations• Advanced understanding of web, email, social media, conversion, and customer experience metrics and best practices• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills with experience communicating findings to executive leadership• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and understandable manner• Strong curiosity and passion for understanding customer behavior and improving the online customer experience• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Professional certifications are a plus• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureHours:• Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be necessary#tireracklv
