Job Purpose The Oxygen Dispatch and Scheduling Assisting will support the Oxygen Department in the areas of dispatch, scheduling and deliveries. This position will be based in our Norwood office M-F 10:00AM-6:30PM. Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant Duties and Responsibilities Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists. Handle incoming oxygen related communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails. Process recurring orders via, phone, email, or in person in accordance with Reliable Respiratory’s processing procedures and guidelines. Other tasks and duties as required. Basic Qualifications 21 years of age or older Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future Must have High School diploma or equivalent Required Skills Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to reconcile multiple shifting logistical factors for each appointment Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call outside of normal business hours when required Ability to comply with guidelines both internal and industry-imposed Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Communication Skills Ethics Organizational Skills Technical Skills Result Driven Sense of Urgency Work Environment & Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
