Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

SUMMARY :
Our client, a highly regarded boutique litigation firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles a wide range of complex civil litigation matters and is known for its collaborative environment, strong mentorship, and strategic approach to client service. This is a full-time Litigation Associate role where you will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a variety of civil litigation matters. You will gain hands-on experience across all phases of litigation-from case inception through resolution. RESPONSIBILTIES : - Assist in managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts - Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents - Conduct legal research and analysis - Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances - Support trial preparation and case strategy development - Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas QUALIFICATIONS:- 1-4 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting - Exposure to litigation tasks such as drafting motions, discovery, and court appearances preferred - Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities - J.D. from an accredited law school (Top 100 preferred) - Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar Compensation & Benefits
