Seeking an Associate Civil Litigation Attorney to manage litigation cases from initiation through completion.

Position Overview

A boutique litigation firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The attorney will manage litigation matters from inception through resolution across state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days per week in the Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from initiation through completion
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and related proceedings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare for and participate in trials
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of civil litigation experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (Top 50 preferred)
• Active California Bar admission required
