Job Summary

A Sacramento legal practice is seeking an experienced Corporate / Contracts Paralegal for a direct-hire opportunity supporting business law, contract drafting, corporate documentation, and estate planning matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys preparing accurate legal documents, coordinating client matters, and helping attorneys keep legal workflows organized and on track.

The Corporate / Contracts Paralegal will work in a professional office environment with supportive leadership, collaborative legal teams, and meaningful client-facing work. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable paralegal who wants stability, a high level of responsibility, and the chance to contribute to business contracts and estate planning matters in a well-established legal services setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, revise, format, and organize business contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and related legal materials.
- Assist with business law matters, including entity formation, corporate records, contract documentation, and client file organization.
- Support estate planning matters by preparing, reviewing, and organizing assigned legal documents.
- Conduct legal research, gather relevant information, and assist attorneys with contract and client matter preparation.
- Coordinate document revisions, signatures, execution, deadlines, and legal records to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and other parties while maintaining confidentiality and strong client service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $50.00 per hour, equivalent to $104,000 per year.
- Benefits: Benefits provided.
- Employment type: Direct hire.
- Location: Sacramento, CA, Fair Oaks Blvd. office location.
- Start date: ASAP for the right candidate.
