Our educationally based salon offers everything from nail trims and baths to full‑service hair cutting. We also offer luxury spa services such as Lemon & Sea Salt Baths, Fur Masks, Coconut Oil Silk Treatment, and Temporary Pet Tattoos. All our bathers receive comprehensive hands‑on training and continued education as breed standards evolve in the industry. As a Wag Bather, you will perform all bathing services offered by Wag Hotels, which include baths, brush‑outs, de‑matting, drying, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and anal gland expression. You will also keep the bathing salon clean and organized. We need individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and are comfortable with a variety of breeds, sizes, and coat conditions. Bathers play a key role in our team and represent the front line of our business. An ideal candidate is a genuine dog lover who pays excellent attention to detail, values teamwork and reliability, and seeks career growth. Qualifications Professional bathing experience Preferred Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills. Mandatory availability on weekends and holidays. Ability to handle all breeds and sizes of dogs. Work in a standing position for long periods. Reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 50 lbs.
