Responsibilities include providing the federal client with professional on-site facility, and project management services across a variety of small to large-scale construction projects. Projects may include space upgrades or modification/reconfiguration of spaces to meet the mission needs of clients. Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage an assigned portfolio of projects while addressing challenges related: Construction cost management, tracking of funds, and Budgeting. Financial analysis, economic analysis, report production. Project administration, program management, database management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
