Are you a reliable, hands-on worker with a background in carpentry or metalwork? We’re hiring a Metal Bending & Assembly Technician to join a busy production team.. In this role, you’ll help shape, attach, and prepare materials for custom builds—working with tools, machines, and a team that values precision and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bending and forming metal components used in custom signage
• Remove protective plastic film from completed letter faces and parts
• Apply caulking to the inside of letters to seal and finish the structure
• Use an air tool to insert rivetnuts into assembled pieces
• Use hand tools to attach and frame parts according to job specs
• Follow visual diagrams and basic plans to assemble letters accurately
• Help with crating and prepping finished goods for outbound shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support general warehouse or shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry, sheet metal, or hands-on assembly work
• Comfortable using hand tools, saws, drills, or bending equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starting attitude
• Good attendance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift and handle materials throughout the shift
• Must be able to follow instructions in English (verbal and written)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 6 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate:

• $18/Hourly
