As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily for our members, ensuring dishes are warm, well‑wrapped, and properly labeled. You may also assist members with bakery orders and keep the prepared foods area clean and stocked. Your smile and focus on member satisfaction help create a positive shopping experience. What You'll Do Team Member – Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help educate other associates. Expert – Prepare food according to specifications, plan production, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain equipment. Techie – Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience. Owner – Drive area performance, manage stock, ensure quality and date control, and guide peers. Talent Ambassador – Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service, and exhibit energy and passion. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments using data, resources, and collaboration with managers and peers. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
