Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a heart for the injured. This is a permanent, full‑time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives and to be part of a team committed to the highest level of legal representation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong emphasis on motor vehicle accidents and premise liability cases. Salary: $140,000 - $275,000 per year. Responsibilities Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial. Conducting client meetings and case reviews to determine the legal strategy. Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conducting and defending depositions. Preparing for and representing clients at trial. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel. Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and answering any questions they may have. Staying up to date with changes in personal injury law and continuing legal education requirements. Qualifications J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York and New Jersey state bars. A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accidents and premise liability cases. Proven trial experience and a strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Exceptional negotiation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Passion for helping clients and advocating for their rights.
