NYC-based or easily accessible to NYC. This role is fully remote, with in-person meetings, working sessions, and events approximately once a month.

JOB SUMMARY

The Account Executive, Social Media partners with a Director on social strategy and leads day-to-day management of our clinical and prestige skincare and SPF portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who knows derm-adjacent skincare inside and out and wants to own strategy, reporting, and creative briefing for some of the most respected brands in the category.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop monthly social strategies and creative briefs with direction and support from the Director
• Build monthly reports and insights using Dash Social analytics
• Keep Dash Social content calendars accurate and up to date
• Support community management and copywritingP
• Partner with the Influencer team to plan creator assets and collaboration posts into the social calendar
• Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging formats, beauty trends, and competitor activity across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
• Capture BTS content at shoots and events

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 3+ years of agency social media experience, including clinical or derm-adjacent skincare brands
• Working knowledge of skincare and SPF claims considerations in social and creator content
• Deep understanding of the prestige beauty landscape
• Strong ability to analyze social performance and turn insights into action
• Experience creating social strategies and creative briefs, with a deep understanding of how to brief social-first content to creative teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and social planning and reporting tools (Dash Social preferred)
