DirectPath is partnering with a dynamic government contractor to find a Director Of Finance who will oversee financial strategy, compliance, and operations. This role ensures financial integrity, risk management, and adherence to government regulations while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow, treasury, and full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, payroll).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, CAS, FAR, and DFARS in financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decisions.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis to guide leadership on risk and investment.
• Oversee project cost control, Earned Value Management (EVM), and government pricing models.
• Maintain effective internal controls, tax compliance, and audit readiness.
• Optimize and manage ERP tools (Costpoint, Unanet, QuickBooks).
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 15+ years in financial management, including government contracting experience.
• Expertise in cost accounting, compliance, and financial risk management.
• Strong ERP, Microsoft Office, and financial modeling skills.
• Leadership experience with both local and remote teams.
