Pipedream Products is the largest manufacturer of intimate health and wellness products in the world. We are growing and disrupting the industry through innovation and channel expansion, and we are looking for a committed Sales Administrator to help us. Pipedream has a talented Management team with a history of proven success in leadership roles.

This role will work closely with the Sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure customer information, product content, sales materials, and account requirements are accurate, organized, and up to date. From maintaining customer portals and uploading product imagery to preparing sales materials, supporting account requests, and assisting with reporting, this role will play an important role in keeping the Sales team organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a willingness to jump in wherever the Sales team needs support.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team and Account Executives. 
• Assist Account Executives with customer-specific administrative tasks to ensure accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently. 
• Upload and maintain product images, product information, catalogs, line sheets, pricing, and other sales materials on customer portals and websites. 
• Assist with updating customer portals with new products, SKUs, descriptions, specifications, images, and other required information. 
• Help prepare and organize sales presentations, product sheets, samples, catalogs, and other materials for customer meetings and presentations. 
• Support the Account Executives with customer requests, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to help ensure timely responses. 
• Assist with new customer account setup and maintenance, including gathering and organizing required documentation. 
• Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Sales, to help resolve account-related needs. 
• Help track samples, product requests, presentations, and other materials for customer meetings and sales opportunities. 
• Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, sales summaries, and other administrative documents. 
• Take on additional administrative and project-based responsibilities as needed to help the Sales team operate efficiently. 
• Proactively identify routine administrative tasks that can be handled independently to allow Account Executives to focus more time on selling and customer relationships.
• Assist with quote, order, or sample workflow support if applicable to sales process. 

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field preferred. 
• Strong interest in sales, business development, account management, or the consumer products industry. 
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. 
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, online portals, and various computer systems. 
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. 
• Ability to learn new software, customer portals, and internal systems quickly. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines. 
• Strong follow-through and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time. 
• Professional and customer-service-oriented approach when handling customer information and requests. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer and company information appropriately. 
• Experience supporting sales operations, account management, or customer-facing administrative work preferred.
• Ability to prioritize urgent customer and sales requests in a fast-paced environment.
