Security Response Officer

Responsibilities Monitor the premises to ensure security. Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity. Control access points and verify identities. Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security. Write detailed reports on events and incidents. Collaborate with authorities during serious situations. Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property. Qualifications Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. High school education or equivalent (GED) required. Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred. State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training required; training can be obtained during hiring. Support is offered for obtaining California Guard Card license if needed. Benefits and Compensation Site Location: Santa Barbara, California. Schedule: Flexible availability to cover morning/swing shifts on any day. Hourly Wage: $26 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).
