The company serves clients in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and foodservice.Role OverviewThe organization is hiring a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple service lines and states. This leader will be responsible for building cohesive, scalable business operations from several acquired units, driving consistency and performance across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall operations across multiple service lines, including; Commercial HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, and retrofit services.Full P&L responsibility for a multi-state revenue baseLead and manage a field workforce across several statesOversee dispatch, scheduling, and forecasting while meeting service and revenue targetsUnify operations and processes across acquired businessesFoster cultural alignment and operational disciplineCandidate ProfileDemonstrated success in P&L leadership, ideally in HVAC and commercial kitchen service sectorsStrong operational mindset with a focus on service delivery, equipment management, and field operationsExperience integrating and aligning legacy teams post-acquisitionDetail-oriented, hands-on leader with change management capabilitiesWillingness to travel across a multi-state regionExcellent communicator with both field and executive teams
