Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

Sign‑On Bonus Location‑specific $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus ($500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2,000 after 1 year of service) for external candidates (internal employees are not eligible). Job Overview Our part‑time retail sales team works during the store’s busiest times, including evenings and weekends. You’ll create meaningful connections with every customer using AT&T’s full suite of products to meet sales targets. Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends; monthly seniority‑based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs. Qualifications Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience is acceptable with provided training, coaching, and tools. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $19.99–$22.63 plus $6,850+ in commissions when goals are met; uncapped commission may result in $53,364 per year for top sellers.
