Total Staffing Solutions (Powered by TTR) is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Bolingbrook, IL for a temporary assignment of approximately one month. The client is seeking a professional, highly organized individual who is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable with administrative tasks, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. HR experience is not required.

Job Duties May Include:

• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Manage emails, calendars, and other office communications
• Translate documents and conversations between English and Spanish as needed
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer systems efficiently
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Professional and trustworthy demeanor
