Associate Photographer – Brick, NJ Overview CoStar Group is a global leader in real‑estate data and analytics. This role supports Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing high‑quality 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties. Responsibilities Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints of homes and apartments using Matterport Pro 3 cameras. Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase residential spaces using professional photography techniques. Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives. When not photographing a residential property, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory or missing availability, and photograph commercial properties as needed. Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment, including proper handling and maintenance. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times and participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real‑estate photography. Current high‑school diploma or GED; a photography degree is a plus. Strong customer‑service orientation and experience working directly with clients. FAA Part 107 Drone license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; successful completion of a driving record check prior to start. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary. Ability to work outdoors in all weather and on a rotating weekend schedule. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage equivalent to $49,000–$50,000 annually, based on skills and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an employee stock purchase plan.
