Position Overview:

The Green Stock Associateis responsible forexecuting the daily operations of theGreen Stock programwith precision and efficiency. This critical role focuses on theaccuratehandling of incoming shipments, including the inspection,loadingand unloading of goods, while upholding the highest standards of documentation and data integrity.

In alignment withWaldomsoperational guidelines and vendor criteria, the Green Stock Associate ensures that all received products meet rigorous quality standards before being processed into inventory. This position demands attention to detail, adherence to procedural requirements, and a commitment tomaintainingthe integrity of our inventory management systems.

Essential Job Functions:

• Receive,sortand inspect products/scrapaccuratelyandtimely.

• Accurately record data onappropriate documentation.

• Put awayproductsinto locationsper dimensional locating instructions.

• Load and unload freight shipments, verifying quantities against the Bill of Lading (BOL)and reporting any discrepancies to leadership for swift resolution.

• Receive products according to packing lists provided by suppliers within the designated 24-hour receipt target, checking for accuracy andthe completenessof received items.

• Ensure thorough documentation of all traceability information (e.g., date codes, country of origin, lot codes) in the ERP system tomaintaincompliance and facilitate effective inventory tracking.

• Provide Material Handling supporttoOperations via power equipment.

• Provide Operations support in other departments when workload dictates per Leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent OR 1-3 months of related experience in warehouse operations.

• Ability to read and write in English.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Acute attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

• Ability to collaborate within a team environment

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

• Forklift certified, or willing to obtain certification

Physical Requirements:

• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds.

• Ability tostandandwalkup to 8 hours per day.

• Ability to bend, lift, and twist

Working Conditions:

• Warehouseenvironmentwith moderate noise from power industrial trucks

• Warehouseenvironment withfluctuating temperatures.
