Overview Sport Clips Haircuts in Fairfield, OH, is Hiring Management Team Members to enter our Management Development Program! Responsibilities Lead and develop Pro Stylists who understand that each Client is different and provide personal attention. Deliver the ultimate haircut experience for guys in a comfortable, sports-themed environment. Ensure a productive, low-drama store environment while supporting multiple busy salons in the area. Qualifications Ohio Cosmetology or Barber License (Required). Interest in participating in the Management Development Program and ability to lead a team. Compensation and Benefits Assistant Managers are hourly plus additional compensation for additional responsibilities. Managers are salaried with a minimum of $65,000 annual compensation. Personal growth opportunities, sign-on bonus of $500 for full-time, $250 for part-time, and anniversary/other bonus programs.
