Position Summary

Stellartech is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage client requests, schedule service activities, communicate with customers and technicians, maintains records, and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Typical duties include responding to customer requests via email, opening service and complaint records, and receiving customer medical devices. Requires skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving.

This is a temporary position with a possibility to convert to a regular full-time position.

Requirements:

Essential Function

• Prepare service records and complaint records in Virje.
• Close service records & maintain/update service and complaints in Virje.
• File all service records and complaint records documentation.
• Prepare customer document packages for service/complaint records. Mail if required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products
• Unbox and remove devices weighing up to 35 Lbs.
• Decontaminate devices
• Support Packing and Shipping activities
• Provide quotes & weekly summary census report to customer
• Assist in managing DHR Scanning process 

Education and Experience

High School degree or equivalent is required. At least 2-4 year’s administrative experience is required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $24 - $26

The posted range represents the company’s good-faith estimate for base salary for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors such as skills, experience, education, and internal equity.
